Victorian C1880 Antique Silver Plated Novelty Cruet Of Equestrian Interest

A Victorian antique silver plated novelty cruet. The base tray is in the form of a horseshoe. The jockey cap is the salt and the two riding boots are for mustard and pepper. The handle is a stirrup. This is sold on original plate with some wear. c.1880 British made with a makers mark for Richard Hodd & William Linley stamped underneath together with the retailer G R Collins & Co.
