Silver Cigar Cutter Penknife Combination

1940 - 1960
Description

A combination silver cigar cutter and knife. Engine turned decoration to both sides, blank cartouche. Hallmarked to both sides makers mark probably for William Manton who was a known cigar cutter maker Birmingham 1964.

The mechanism is quite stiff and show very little signs of use, the cutter is opened by pressing down on the small lever on the side, this is very stiff and I have found it quite difficult to operate, but the cigar cutter opens well.
