Marvellous 18 ct gold opal and diamond ring.
 
Set to the centre with a gorgeous opal that is boarded each side by three wonderful old cut diamonds
 
The cabochon opal is very colourful flashing green, turquoise, red ,orange & blue
 
The old mine cut diamonds are clear and bright and with a total weight of about half a carat they make an impressive impact
 
Hand crafted in 18 carat gold the stones are set in a traditional Victorian setting
 
This Victorian ring is fully hallmarked at the venerable Chester office in 1897
 
This beautiful ring looks stunning when worn.
 
Opal 5.5mm Diamonds 6 x 2.8mm Total carat weigh circa 0.50 carat
 
Fully hallmarked Chester 1897 With the makers initials ABS
 
The hallmarks are crisp and clear
 
The size is UK S US 9 1/4 it would easily re size
 
7.3 mm wide at the front and it stands 5.8mm proud of the shank
 
It weighs 4.8 grams.
