Large 232g English Solid Sterling Silver Cup Tankard 1913 Antique Engraved Rf

Description

A superb heavy English antique solid sterling silver tankard cup. It is hallmarked for London 1913 with the maker being Arnold & Lewis. It has been superbly designed having two leaf capped handles and has been engraved with the initials RF. It measures approx. 4.75 inches (12cm) tall to the rim by 6.5 inches (16.5cm) across including the handles and 3.75 inches (9.5cm) excluding them by 2.5 inches (6.3cm) across the base and weighs 232 grams. A very good quality well made piece.

The Silver Squirrel has dated this piece to the 1910s.
