A timeless vintage engagement ring set with an absolute firecracker of a diamond. The old European cut in the centre has been assessed as E/F colour which is unusually white and bright for an old cut. The stone is secured in a six claw platinum coronet collet and is flanked on either side by diamond set shoulders, leading to a D-shaped 18k white gold shank.

Cut – Old European cut in the centre with eight-cuts in the shoulders.
Colour – The centre is F, the sides are E to F.
Clarity – The old cut is VS2. The diamonds in the shoulders are VS1 to VS2.
Carat – The centre is a known 0.51 carat, with a further approximate 0.07 carat in the shoulders.
Circa – 1940.
Size – M 1/2 (UK) or 6.25 (US). Complimentary sizing is available, can be sized up or down.
Measurements – The centre is approximately 5.1mm in diameter and sits 6.6mm from the finger.
Metal – 18k white gold and platinum. Tested.
