A George III period, carved mahogany, upholstered dressing stool, in the Chippendale style, dating from the late C18th. This stool features acanthus carved and scrolled cabriole legs, with over stuffed floral pink and champagne coloured damask fabric, finished with braided trim.
A well presented, attractive stool.

This stool measures approximately 43.5 cm (17'') tall, 45.5 cm (18'') wide, and 45.5 cm (18'') deep.
Condition:
Please see the pictures for details of the items condition. - This stool is in a reasonable condition commensurate with its age. A repair to one of the legs, and two of the side rails. The upholstery in structurally good, with a couple of small light marks. Good colour, polish and patina. Very serviceable and ready for use. - As with all vintage & antique furniture there will be signs of use, marks, wear & tear, etc.
