An elegant late Victorian period inlaid satinwood kidney shaped writing desk. Very well constructed with attractive satinwood veneers onto a mahogany carcas. The top inset with a sumptuous black leather writing surface and with banding in rosewood to the surrounds. The main body of the desk and legs embellished with inlaid stringing throughout. With a series of shorter drawers flanking a longer central drawer, all fitted wit their original brass handles. All standing on elegant square tapering legs which terminate in spade feet. Offered for sale in excellent condition, ready to go straight into the home or office.
