Solid sterling silver novelty stamp box/holder/case, in the form of a miniature gardeners wheel barrow

Hallmarked Birmingham 1907, maker mark CS*FS for Cornelius Desormeaux Saunders & James Francis Hollings (Frank) Shepherd, Bartlett's Passage, Holborn Circus, London; registered number mark 520190

The spring shutting hinged lid with Edward V11 postage stamp mounted behind glass.

Original gilt interior, black leather lined lid.

Width 65mm or 2,5/8" weight 16 grams.

In very good bright condition with no damage or repair.
