Stylish Art Deco Solid Silver Curved Card Case 1919 Antique 40g

Description

A beautiful solid sterling silver card case. It is hallmarked for Birmingham 1919 with the makers mark being that of Smith & Bartlam. It has been superbly made being curved to allow it to sit in a pocket comfortable. It has been engine turned and the cartouche has been engraved with initials JWS SWJ JSW SJW WJS WSJ as they are entwined. It is in superb condition being free from dings holes and repairs, gilded inside. It measures approx. 3.25 inches (8.2cm) long by 1.75 inches (4.4cm) tall and weighs 40 grams. A superbly designed beautiful example.
