A Handsome Large German Silver Photo Frame

A handsome German silver photo frame in the Art Deco taste. This practical example is of portrait form with a wooden easel back and has engine turned detail to the front. There is an applied golf Eagle to the top front. The Weimar Eagle (or Bundesadler, as it is now known) was adopted by the Federal Republic of Germany in 1950. In unusually good condition for an antique silver frame, this large and attractive piece is perfect for a single portrait, family group or couple. Dimensions below.
