Heavy 54g Egyptian Solid Silver Miniature Hen Chicken Rooster Bird Figure C1940

Description

A superbly modelled solid cast solid silver miniature figure. It is hallmarked with Egyptian silver marks and I would date it to c1940s. It has been superbly designed being cast in the form of a hen. It is in super condition being free from dings splits and repairs. It measures approx. 1.75 inches (4.8cm) tall by 2 inches (5.1cm) beak to tail by 1 inch (2.6cm) wide and weighs 54 grams. A very nice quality piece.
