Rare Set of 6 Sterling Silver Bloemfontein South Africa Spoons 1903-05 Antique

Description

A super quality rare set of six English antique solid sterling silver South African souvenir spoons. They are hallmarked for Birmingham 1903-05 (not long after the end of the Boer War) with the maker’s marks being that of Vaughton & Sons. They have been superbly designed and are in superb condition being free from dings splits distortions and repairs, one has been engraved to the reverse. They measure approx. 4.25 inches (10.7cm) long by over 0.75 inch (2.5cm) wide and have a combined weight of 74 grams. A very good quality well made set.
