Beautiful Sterling Silver Purple White Enamel Vinaigrette Box 1911 Antique

Description

A beautiful unusual English antique solid sterling silver and enamel vinaigrette box? It is hallmarked for Birmingham 1911 with a makers mark being that of Cohen & Charles. It has been superbly designed with the lid being guilloche enamelled in purple and white and unusually has a sterling silver gilt grille inside. It is in superb condition being free from dings splits chips cracks and repairs, tiny nibbling to the purple edge. It measures approx. 1.5 inches (3.5cm) across by 0.75cm (1.9cm) tall and weighs 18 grams. A superbly made very high-quality unusual piece.
