Description

This is the most wonderful quality Victorian silver gilt christening set, the condition is amazing. The spoon and napkin ring are beautifully decorated with engraved flowers, both items marked for London 1884 & 1885 makers mark Wakely & Wheeler. Each carry the initials of the original owners. The box is also in great order, the sumptuous silk and velvet interior with the retailers details is like new. Pristine is not a term I usually use, but in this case may be justified.
