Beautiful 2.75inch German 800 Solid Silver Trinket Box C1900 Antique

Description

A beautiful good sized German antique 800 solid silver box. It is hallmarked with the German crescent moon and crown mark, the 800 silver standard mark and the makers marks. I would date it to c1900. It has been beautifully made being oval form with the lid depicting flowers the sides musical instruments with faint signs of gilding. It is in super condition being free from dings splits holes and repairs, the inside is clean and gilded and the lid closes tight. It measures approx. 2.75 inches (6.8cms) across by 2 inches (5cms) wide by 0.75 inch (2cms) tall and weighs 47 grams. A beautiful piece.
