Antique Victorian blue Ceylon sapphire ring set in a octagonal setting in an 18ct gold mount hallmarked for Birmingham 1900 maker T.W.&Co. It can be repolished and set if required please discuss this as an option. It is a 4ct sapphire natural from ceylon. The sapphire is10mmx10mm.
