Payne Oxford Sterling Silver Arts & Crafts Quaich Cup 1916 Antique 98g

Description

A beautiful hand made English antique solid sterling silver quaich cup. It is hallmarked for Birmingham 1916 with the makers marks being that of G Payne & Son of Oxford. It has been superbly made being plannished. For those unaware these are filled with alcohol and passed around at celebrations, weddings and other such gatherings. It is in superb condition, having no dings splits or repairs. It measures approx. 7.75 inches (19.5cm) across including the handles and 5.25 inches (13.3cm) excluding them by 1 inch (2.6cm) tall and weighs 98 grams. A beautifully clean example.
