Description

RARE late 18th century Scottish provincial Sterling silver large dessert of serving spoon by CHARLES JAMIESON of INVERNESS. This is a really nice example of late 18th century Scottish provincial silver with good weight to it. Good condition with no issues.

Charles Jamieson was working in Inverness between 1787 and 1819. His earlier pieces were generally hallmarked with the Inverness mark but his later items were often hallmarked in Edinburgh.
