Antique Carved Centre / Foot Stool

19th century
Description

A good quality antique stool dating from the late 19th / early 20th Century. It has pretty carved cabriole legs with floral decoration. The stool has been stripped back to the hessian ready for upholstery. It is a good quality piece stuffed with horsehair with a hand stitched edge.

It is a good size for a foot stool but also big enough to be used as centre stool / coffee table.

It is in good condition for its age and is strong and sturdy. There are a few minor marks and knocks around the legs but nothing detrimental and it displays well.
