Stunning Sterling Silver Purple Enamel Cigarette Case 1932 Antique Art Deco

Description

A beautiful rare Art Deco solid sterling silver and enamel cigarette case. It is hallmarked for Birmingham 1932 with the markers mark being that of JGLd. It has been beautifully made having a purple enamelled front exterior with the back being engine turned. It is in super condition being free from dings splits and repairs, the elastic strap has stretched. The enamel is complete and free from chips repairs and cracks, slight fading bottom edge. It measures approx. 3.25 inches (8.3cms) by 2.75 inches (7cms) wide and weighs 101 grams. A beautifully designed piece.
