An antique French 18 karat (18K) yellow gold charm pendant designed as an oval pierced medal detailing the monogram OM or MO with the initials M and O intertwined and surrounded by curls and scrolls of engraved filigree work. Engraved to the exterior with the words ''Octave Laboure. Marie Masson. 12 Juin 1907''. Unmarked but tested for 18 karat gold.
