James Ribbons Antiques has dated this piece to the 19th Century.
This stool or window seat is ideal as a centre of the room piece as it is the same both sides.
The gilded frame is in good condition as is the upholstery . There are two little marks on the arm rests. I have made no attempt to remove these.
