A superb English solid sterling silver six slice toast rack. It is hallmarked for Birmingham 1949 with the makers marks being that of Adie Brothers Ltd. It has been superbly designed, rather like a backbone, and is in super condition being free from dings splits and repairs. It measures approx. 5.5 inches (14cm) long by 1.75 inches (4.2cm) wide by over 2 inches (5.4cm) tall. The division gaps measure over 0.25 inch (1.2cm) wide and weighs 92 grams. A very good quality piece.
