Rare Chinese Export Solid Silver Dragon Table Box C1890 Antique 50g Superb

Description

A superbly detailed Chinese export antique solid silver table box. It is hallmarked with a Chinese marks. I would date it to c1890-1900. It has been superbly made being decorated with dragons. It is in superb condition being free from dings splits distortions holes and repairs. The inside is gilded and the lid fits tightly. It measures approx. 2.25 inches (5.8cms) across by over 1.5 inches (4cm) wide by over 1.25 inches (3.4cms) tall and weighs 50 grams. A very high quality piece.
