Beautiful Sterling Silver Potpourri Lavender Box 1906 English 2.75inch Antique

Description

A very pretty English antique sterling silver potpourri or lavender box. It is hallmarked for London 1908 with the makers marks being that of William Comyns & Sons. It has been beautifully designed and is in super condition being free from dings splits holes and repairs. The inside is clean and gilded. It measures approx. 2.75 inches (7cm) across by over 2 inches (5.5cm) wide by almost 1 inch (2.4cm) tall and weighs 38 grams. A very well made high quality piece.

Declaration

The Silver Squirrel has dated this piece to the Edwardian era.
