Description

A rare Irish Georgian antique solid sterling silver skewer (or could be used as a letter opener). It is hallmarked for Dublin 1828 with the maker’s marks being that of Thomas Farnett. It has been superb made and is in superb condition being free from dings splits distortions and repairs. It measures approx. 8.75 inches (22cm) long by over 1 inch (2.8cm) wide and weighs 56 grams. A rare piece.
