Description

A superbly well modelled sterling silver miniature animal figure. It is hallmarked with the import London Sun mark used from 1904 to 1906 along with the date letter for 1904. It has been beautifully designed being cast in the form of a goose. It is in perfect condition being free from dings splits and repairs. It measures approx. 2 inches (5.1cm) long by 11.5 inches (3.3cm) tall by 0.5 inch (1.3cm) wide and weighs 14 grams. A more unusual piece.

Declaration

The Silver Squirrel has dated this piece to the Edwardian era.
