Huge Victorian Sterling Silver Coronation Anointing Baptism Spoon 1898 Royalty

Description

A superb large English antique solid sterling silver gilt spoon. It is hallmarked for London 1898 with the makers marks being Wakely and Wheeler. It has been superbly designed in the form of a Medieval coronation / anointing spoon. It is in superb condition being free from dings splits and repairs. It measures approx. 10.25 inches (26cm) long by over 2 inches (5.8cm) wide and weighs 90 grams. A very nice quality piece.
