Description

These Mid Century silver coasters have a very elegant design and were made by J B Chatterley & Sons Ltd. The sides pierced with slats and trefoil patterns under a wavy gadroon border. The turned oak bases a rich patina. They are taller than average and rather impressive.

Green baize to the underside.

Hallmarks:

JBC&S LD for J B Chatterley & Sons Ltd

Birmingham Assay Mark.

Date letter "V" for 1968.

Lion Passant.

Condition:

Very good.
