Large 262g English Sterling Silver Hillingdon Golf Trophy Cup 1933 Uxbridge

Description

A beautiful rare English antique solid sterling silver golfing trophy cup. It is hallmarked for Birmingham 1933 with the makers marks being that of Barker Brothers Silver Ltd. It has been superbly designed and has been engraved 'HILLINGDON GOLF CLUB PRESIDENTS PRIZE 1933, Hillington Club is in Uxbridge. It is in superb condition being free from dings splits distortions and repairs. It measures approx. 7.5 inches (19.3cm) tall by 3.75 inches (9.7cm) across the rim by almost 3.75 inches (9.3cm) across the base and weighs 262 grams. A very good quality well made piece.
