Not hallmarked but tests high carat. Rear if rose gdld, setting is likely silver
MEASUREMENTS
Old rose cut diamonds; 1-2mm each.
Stud diameter; 11.5 x 12mm, these have beautiful gold work with no damage
Central Ruby; 3.5 x 4mm. These rubies are a wonderful vibrant colour
