Beautiful Antique Sterling Silver Green Enamel Box 1929 Art Deco

1900 - 1920
Description

A rare English sterling silver and enamel box. It is hallmarked for Birmingham 1929 with the makers marks being that of Henry Clifford Davis. It has a beautiful green guilloche enamel lid and internally gilded. It is in superb condition being free from dings splits chips cracks and repairs, small thin area on the enamel edge - see final photo. It measures approx. 1.5 inches (3.6cm) across by almost 0.75 inch (1.6cm) tall and weighs 14 grams. A superbly made high quality piece.
