Rare Victorian English silver mounted tigers eye box on ball feet.

The silver hallmarked Birmingham 1886 makers mark in a shield VB&S for Vale Brothers & Sermon, Spencer Street, Birmingham

Well figured golden brown panels, bevelled and polished on ball feet.

3,15/16" x 2,3/8" x 2,1/2" or 100mm x 60mm x 64mm.

Weight 273 grams.

Strong, sound, tight, bright condition ready to use or collect

The back panel has a glued clean break along the grain otherwise in excellent condition with no other damage or repair.
