Original Victorian solid gold belcher link chain, circa 1890

Tag marked 9c on the link next to the dog clip also marked 9Ct

The links are pair joined and lightly faceted

Typical 9 carat golden colour, neither rose nor yellow

In very good condition, some insignificant light dents, with little wear.

Length 32" or 81cm, thickness 3.5mm, weight 11.8 grams.

The dog clip fitted to hang watch , locket, pendant etc.

as fitted does not to open the chain (to go round the neck twice) but could be easily altered on request.
