Beautiful French Solid Silver Table Box C1900 Antique 106g V. Boivin

Description

A beautiful French solid silver trinket table box. It is hallmarked with the makers mark of V. Boivin who operated in Paris from 1897. I would date this piece to c1900. It has been superbly made being embossed with flowers. It is in super condition being free from dings splits holes and repairs, the inside is clean and lightly gilded with the lid closes tightly. It measures approx. 2.25 inches (5.6cm) across by almost 2 inches (4.8cm) tall and is heavy for its size weighting 106 grams. A very well made piece.
