This is a beautiful Georgian silver tray made in London in 1758 by Edward Wakelin. He was a very fine Silversmith and was a supplier to the Royal family. It is in very good condition, nice clear hallmarks, lovely rococo border, fine handle and feet, it is 19cms long and weighs a heavy 290 grams.

These trays are a work of art and show off the best of 18th century workmanship
