Stylish Mexican Sterling Silver Tea Strainer and Drip Bowl Stand C1950

Description

A stylish Mexican solid sterling silver tea strainer and drip bowl stand. They are hallmarked PLAT MEX S.A. 925 STERLING HECHO EN MEXICO, PLAT means where silver was made and the 20 mark dates it between 1940 and 1970. They have been beautifully made and are in superb condition being free from dings splits distortions and repairs. The strainer measures approx. 4.25 inches (10.8cm) across including the handle and 2.75 inches (7cm) across excluding it and the bowl measures 2.25 inches (6cm) across by over 1 inch (2.8cm) tall and they have a combined weight 66 grams. A very well made set.
