English novelty silver plated cruet, circa 1870

Made by / marked Mappin and Webb Sheffield & London

Registered design kite mark for 1867

model number W1565

A rare model completer with original wheatsheaf handled salt and mustard spoons.

All in very good condition with no damage or repair, noting small dent to the base of the 'egg' mustard.

Some light wear to the silver surface.

Electro plated solid nickel

Diameter of basket 4,1/4" or 110mm

Gross weight 455 grams.
