Stunning Solid Silver Orange Agate Snuff Box C1880 Antique 68g

Description

A beautifully made solid silver and agate box. It is hallmarked with the 13 Loth silver mark and tests as high grade silver. I would date it to c1880. It has been beautifully made being having a orange banded agate set lid. It is in superb condition being free from dings splits chips cracks holes and repairs. Slight blemish within the agate. It measures approx. 2.5 inches (6.2cm) across by 2 inches (5.2cm) by 1.25cm (3cm) tall and weighs 68 grams. A superbly designed high quality example.
