Antique Decorative Ormolu Mounted French Empire Duet Stool C1830

Description

This is a fantastic and highly decorative antique French Empire mahogany duet stool, circa 1830 in date.

It has been crafted from fabulous solid mahogany and is smothered in fabulous high quality ormolu mounts with anthemion and laurels. It has been reupholstered in a sumptuous Italian tan leather by Moore & Giles and stands on elegant tapering legs that terminate in ormolu lion's paw feet.

This gorgeous antique stool will be a wonderful addition to one special room in your home.

Condition:

In excellent condition having been beautifully cleaned, polished waxed and reupholstered in our workshops, please see photos for confirmation.
