Vintage Enamel Leaves Brooch by Norwegian Silver Designer Hans Myhre Marked 925s Sterling C.1950s

A gorgeous vintage silver and enamel brooch by the Norwegian silver designer Hans Myhre. The brooch is styled as a bouquet of three overlapping pale blue guilloche enamel leaves. The leaves are in a silver setting with a light gilt finish. The way that the slightly concave leaves are carefully arranged gives the brooch interesting depth and versatility: you could choose to pin in various ways and each view has interest and catches the light differently. The back of the brooch is marked: 925S Sterling Made in Norway, with the Hans Myhre makers mark of an anchor. There is a good fastening pin on the back.

A lovely addition to any collection of vintage Scandinavian designer jewellery, this is just so wearable and has great mid century modern appeal.

Condition: In super condition, no chips to the enamel, and the vermeil finish is all intact. Period: 1950's
