The fall front is also magnificently inlaid and once opened it reveals an internal central cupboard door, four small oak lined drawers with brass handles and three pigeon holes. The lower section has three oak lined graduating drawers with the original brass swan neck handles. This spectacular piece stands on shaped bracket feet and also benefits from the original backboards. The mahogany has aged to a warm shade with a striking grain, good patina, is in very good condition and has been beautifully cleaned using a traditional form of wax finishing.
