A Superb Regency Sofa it has a Mahogany Frame the ends are carved in the form of Swans leading to swept legs with Paw feet, the frame is decorated by very finely cast brass motives of winged griffins etc, the top rail is also nicely carvedfront and back, altogether a very stylish piece in excellent condition, the Regency stripe upholstery could be original it is difficult to say but it is servicable and would be a shame to remove for somthing new but that could be done
