Antique Pine Kneehole Desk

Description

A neatly proportioned Victorian antique pine kneehole desk. The antique desk has a rectangular shaped top with an arrangement of six drawers around the central kneehole, each fitted with decorative clear shaped knobs. The Victorian pine desk is raised on a plinth base. Finished with a fresh coat of natural wax. Perfectly used as a small desk or dressing table.

CONDITION REPORT:

In good antique condition throughout with some signs of age. There is surface wear in places including age-related scratches, splits and stains to the top (pictured), further scratches and marks to the sides and front (pictured). There is evidence of historic woodworm, however this is now long gone and has been fully treated as a precaution. The antique pine kneehole desk remains structurally solid and sound. Overall, a neat example.
