English Delftware refers to tin-glazed earthenware produced in England, primarily in London, Bristol, and Liverpool, from the late sixteenth century through the eighteenth century. Inspired by Dutch Delftware and Chinese imports, these ceramics feature an opaque white glaze decorated with hand-painted cobalt blue or polychrome enamels.
