Antique Ushak Carpet

1900 - 1920
Description

A striking cherry red background, lovely pale greens, yellows and blues, this Ushak carpet almost has a contemporary feel to it.  A really fun and vibrant palette of colours, with a wonderful all over open design.  Very easy to place in a drawing room for example.  The condition is very good, hardly any low areas of pile are showing, in general it is a sturdy and well looked after antique carpet over 120 years old.  Supplied with our sturdy underlay to keep this carpet flat, beautiful and secure on the floor.

As members of the British Antique Dealers Association (BADA) and LAPADA - The Association of Art and Antique Dealers you can purchase from us with confidence. Our inventory is vetted by both associations, and at the antiques fairs we exhibit at.
