A pair of First Period Worcester Blue Scale Ground plates, circa 1770, with raised, fluted edge, painted with reserves of summer flowers within rococo scroll gilt borders. With painted hatched square mark.

One plate in excellent condition with no damage or restoration, the second plate with one very small repaired rim chip to the front, some surface scratching and minor fritting commensurate with age.
