A stunningly beautiful faux bamboo gentleman''s shaving stand from the late Victorian period and quite possibly of French origins. The panels to the mirrors have oriental decorative figures of geisha and flying cranes. The mirrors are original and have a outer brass frame. The central pole is telescopic and works as it should. We believe it was treasured by the family because of it''s super condition, needing only a light clean and a little revitalising to the French polish. Whilst it is slender structure. A rare and lovely piece of furniture ready for the next hundred years.
