An antique bronze desk or paper weight depicting a baby within a cabbage. This was made to go along with the tales of where babies come from:- under a cabbage leaf or found in a cabbage patch. This interesting example is in the form of the baby being surrounded by detailed curling leaves.

This rare, high quality Victorian bronze is in excellent condition and is an decorative example of early myth.
