Description

This welcoming, comfortable and decorative EDWARDIAN DAY BED bears the metal label for the renowned firm of HAMPTON & SONS of PALL MALL LONDON. It dates from circa 1900.

The DAY BED, which is raised on square tapered legs and castors, has a sprung back and seat, original stuffing and is covered in, what appears to be, the original calico.

As would be expected after 100 years there are marks to the calico.

The frame is in good condition.
